In-person sessions in Matosinhos, Portugal ideally held in nature as either a 'walk and talk' or sitting somewhere with a comfortable level of privacy.

You may notice that I do not offer the traditional coaching prepaid packages. This is because I believe that there is more benefit to you in showing your commitment to yourself by choosing to make an appointment instead of having to make an appointment because you have prepaid.
I do suggest that as we start working together that you are able to participate in three consecutive weekly sessions. This helps with creating a path forward.
Payments are made online via secure client portal with a credit card or MB Way.
